This is basically a post to show Blogger that I am "active" so that they won't randomly decide to delete my account. The reality is, though, that I don't feel very much like sharing anything new. Is that bad?
Yes . . . I am a horrible person. Admit it.
Tell you what. If I think of something soon, I'll be back soon. If not, I'll be back less than soon, but hopefully not too much longer than a while from now . . . whatever that means.

Ditto :)
I'll be here when you get back.
hmmmm...I wonder how many accounts of things I have been deleted from. Sometimes life is what it is and you just can't or don't feel like doin it all. We'll catch you when you feel like being back and while you're on a blog vacation, just enjoy the scenery too! :)
Yea, I'm glad that you are "active", I was beginning to worry! I hope you're doing okay! Love you!
"less than soon"? Wouldn't that mean sooner? :)
I think "less than soon" implies a double negative, which from my old math days, implies a positive, which means that soon plus more soon equals later. But then again, I never really was good at math. That's why I settled in on statistics when I had the choice in college.
Now, my statistics class taught me that the null hypothesis indicates that odds are I'll be back before I run out of toilet paper.
BTW, I find it interesting that this little post about nothing at all has drawn more comments than posts I have left with actual substance. Maybe I should change my approach! Hmmm?
Depends on the point of your blog. To enlighten and edify or to gather comments... ? ;)
Given enough sincerity and connection, some comments will inspire and uplift, enlighten and edify, as much or more as the original post. A word left unspoken, though, despite being prodded by the heart that says "leave it here," will surely disappoint.
It is this potential that I miss--that we all miss--when the substance is there, and the feeling of connection lingers tangibly close, but all is denied by want of mutual sharing. The partial offering is good; naturally, though, the fuller offering is best.
